Using this reflection service

Service. Decide With Yi provides an original English-language cultural reflection report for one decision question. It is for adults aged 18 or over. It is not fortune-telling, evidence about future events, or medical, legal, financial, investment, immigration, emergency, or mental-health advice.

Your responsibility. You decide whether and how to act. Do not submit unlawful content, passwords, card numbers, identity documents, health records, or personal information about others without permission. Do not rely on the report for high-stakes or time-sensitive decisions; seek a qualified professional where appropriate.

Digital delivery. The report is a personalised digital product. By requesting immediate delivery, you ask us to start creating it before any statutory withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that withdrawal rights may be affected where the law permits. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unchanged.

Refunds. Contact support within 14 calendar days of delivery if a report was not delivered, was duplicated, was unauthorised, or could not be provided because of our technical failure. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days, aim to decide them within 7 calendar days, and issue an approved refund through the original payment method within 5 business days. Banks and payment providers may take longer to show the refund. This policy does not limit any non-waivable legal right or payment-provider dispute process.

Availability. We may pause the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or suspected misuse. We may refuse a request that seeks prohibited professional advice or creates an unacceptable safety, privacy, or compliance risk.
